Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all UK mainland orders. An express delivery upgrade is available at checkout.

We also offer worldwide shipping with a delivery aim of 5-7 business days. Rates start at £9.99 and are calculated based on weight and destination.

Our orders are sent in discreet packaging, without any branding or indication of what's inside.

 

Processing times

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the courier's website. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.

Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

Duties and import taxes

For US orders, all tariffs, duties, and fees are included in the price at checkout. There are no additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

For all other international orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the customer's responsibility and may need to be paid upon delivery of your order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and do not fall within our control. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

 

Incorrect shipping address

It is your responsibility to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

If an order is delivered to an address that has been incorrectly entered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If an order is returned to us by our courier because the address you entered is undeliverable, we will refund the price you paid for the order (excluding any delivery charges), minus a £5 surcharge to cover our costs.

 

Redirecting an order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct – we cannot redirect an order or modify the address once it has been dispatched.

 

Late shipments

Please be aware that the delivery timeframe is provided as an aim and is not a guarantee. If an order is delayed by courier or customs processing, we cannot refund the delivery charges or offer compensation.

 

Refused shipments

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorisation, you will be responsible for all incurred delivery charges.

 

Lost or stolen shipments

The customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been marked as delivered to the address specified on the order. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of parcels once they have been delivered.
