Refund policy
We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) on all items returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are returned in the same condition they were received.
Your item must be unopened in its original, unused and undamaged condition. We cannot process a refund if your item is unable to be resold.
Returns
You are responsible for all postage charges associated with returning an order. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, it is critical that you include your order number and full name in your parcel.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless goods are damaged or incorrect items are delivered. To avoid disappointment, we suggest placing a new order and returning your initial order for a refund.

Damaged orders
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, let us know immediately by emailing support@orbright.co.uk. In your email, please describe the damage and attach at least 2 photos showing the external packaging and the contents of what you received. We will then evaluate the issue.
You will be required to return the damaged goods in order to receive a replacement or refund. If your request has been approved, we will arrange a pre-paid shipping label to return the goods to us at no cost.
Cancelling an order
If you are an EU customer, you may cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by emailing support@orbright.co.uk. The items must be as new in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.
Upon receipt of the cancelled order, we will refund your original payment method in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to Orbright. For more information on your right to cancel, please see our Terms of Service.
Guidelines
Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. If any items are received outside of the required time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.
Orbright reserves the right to refuse a refund on items that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Items that are not eligible for a refund will not be returned to the sender. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
